Post Excavation Analysis and Reporting
Once archaeological site work is complete, a process of assessment, detailed analysis and reporting is normally required to discharge an archaeological condition.
Initially, all the data, artefacts and samples collected on site are processed, conserved and evaluated to establish their significance and potential for further study. Subsequent detailed analysis can involve laboratory work and studies by specialists, leading to the production of an excavation report and archive. We can also explore ways of making material available to the wider community including popular publications, magazine articles, talks and multi-media solutions.
